Package terms and conditions: Returns and refunds: There are no returns or refunds available for packages. If your package is used to book a play session that you do not reschedule 24 hours in advance and no show, that will count toward one of your sessions.

Exclusions: Packages can not be used to book play times during special events. This includes holiday events, partnership events, and private events. Package holders must still follow the same policy and procedures. If we have reached capacity and you have not made your reservation in advance you will not be able to use your package at that time. Please keep an eye on our social media where we post when we have sold out or reached capacity.
